RFFC is founded by Kim Rosier, a hands-on field service expert with over 15 years of experience in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, and Medical Devices. Having worked for companies like BD Kiestra, Rapid Micro Biosystems, MGI Tech, and Resolve Biosciences, Kim brings real-world knowledge from both the field and the boardroom. From startups to established multinationals, RFFC helps organizations improve field team performance, operational efficiency, and regulatory compliance.
I'm Kim Rosier. Over 15 years I've worked hands-on as a Global Field Service Engineer, built a global technical support organization from scratch, grew and led a team of 14 engineers across Europe and Africa during the COVID pandemic, and built a complete field service organization from the ground up at a biotech scale-up. I'm also a certified Salesforce Admin and have built lightweight CRM systems specifically for startups and scale-ups that need structure without the overkill of enterprise software. That mix of field experience, team building, and operational tooling is what I bring to RFFC.
